Yes! It’s as easy as dragging and dropping scanned copies of those waivers into your dashboard. Enable email tracking and you can even forward waivers returned by email onto us to have them appear in your dashboard automatically!
How do I sign my lien waiver electronically?
You will receive an email with a unique link to sign your lien waiver. Our award-winning technology can be used to sign lien waivers from desktop computers or smartphones. No account required.
Is my information secure?
Yes! We tokenize and safeguard your financial data using bank-grade encryption, two-factor authentication and audit trails. We use SSL, everywhere.
Will I receive a copy of my signed lien waiver?
Upon signing your lien waiver you’ll have the opportunity to download a signed copy of your waiver. You’ll also be emailed a signed copy for your records.
