About the role:  

We’re looking for an Account Executive preferably with experience in the construction software space to join our growing Sales team in our Sioux City, Iowa office (opportunity to work remotely). In this role, you’ll use a consultative selling approach and strong closing abilities to accelerate our already rapid growth. 

Our ideal candidate will have a consultative selling approach, strong closing abilities, and a demonstrated track record of achievement against quota attainment. As an Account Executive at, you will manage the sales process end-to-end with Commercial, Residential, and Subcontractor firms across the U.S. You’ll identify and plan how can unlock significant value for potential customers and transform the technology that powers their construction disbursement process. As a member of the sales team at a growing startup, you’ll have the opportunity to add to our current sales process, participate in planning, and help develop the sales culture. 

You will: 

  • Execute on all aspects of the sales experience while managing relationships with key decision-makers
  • Manage the sales pipeline through deal execution 
  • Qualify opportunities by understanding the key business drivers and needs of the accounts — effectively articulating & aligning’s value proposition with those needs
  • Develop and execute a compelling pitch, present software demos and guide prospects throughout the buying process
  • Collaborate with our Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver a positive customer experience and maximize revenue
  • Generate and accurately manage sales pipelines for reliable forecasting including tracking key metrics 
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and revenue targets while being a collaborative member of the team
  • Seek out opportunities to be a driven, creative contributor in a self-motivated, dynamic environment
