About the role:  

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative preferably with experience in the construction software space to join our growing Sales team in our Sioux City, Iowa office (opportunity to work remotely). In this role, you’ll use a consultative selling approach and strong appointment setting abilities to accelerate our already rapid growth. 

As a Sales Development Representative at lienwaivers.io, you will be responsible for prospecting and initiating the sales cycle with potential lienwaivers.io users. Successful Sales Development Representatives are competitive, motivated by results, and are passionate about sales and the solution we provide our users. As a member of the sales team at a growing startup, you’ll have the opportunity to add to our current sales process and participate in planning.

You will: 

  • Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
  • Outreach to new opportunities via cold call and email
  • Manage the sales pipeline and sales tools
  • Execute lead generation campaigns with Marketing and Sales teams
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop targeted lists, strategies and messaging to drive opportunities for new business
  • Meet or exceed sales activities and metrics
  • Seek out opportunities to be a driven, creative contributor in a self-motivated, dynamic environment
